Early Bird Discount (Register by 2/28)  $300 off
Sibling Discount (Families with 2 or more children at LEBNS)  $200 off the first sibling (2nd child) and $300 off the second sibling (3rd child). 
AABJ&D Member Discount $1,500 off
The following people have permission to pick up my child and can be contacted in case of emergency.
Must be paid at the time this form is filled out in order to reserve your child's spot. 
All families must have either a valid credit card or e check on your account that can be used for monthly billing starting August 2025-May 2026.  If you do not then your registration will not be considered complete.  
There will be no refunds for deposits or tuition paid or committed. School expenses continue, whether children are in full attendance.  No refunds will be made for absences or withdrawing from our program. 
Any family who withdraws their child from our program shall be required to pay the remaining balance of their tuition in full. 
If after registration, you decide to shorten the length of your child(ren)'s school day by removing an extended day, you must give 30 days’ written notice and the extended day fee will be removed after those 30 days with a $100 penalty fee.
If after registration, you choose to add on an extended day option, should space be available, you will be required to pay an additional fee of $100 for the late registration.  
If, after a reasonable adjustment period has elapsed, the staff and director after consultation with parents, determine that it would be in the child’s best interest to be withdrawn; tuition will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
