A number of weeks ago, I introduced the first "Conversation" which took place after kiddush in the main shul.  We had a discussion about the topic of spirituality in which all present were able to express and define the broad term in their own words.  The impetus for this conversation was feedback that I received over the course of the last few months regarding the desire of many of our members to address some important issues that do not usually focus on.
